Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using SalesMarketing.ai you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
SalesMarketing.ai provides AI visibility measurement, brand positioning infrastructure, and revenue attribution tooling.
3. Subscriptions & billing
All plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Auto-renewal each month unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Pricing per the plan you selected.
4. Acceptable use
No scraping at rates that degrade service, no resale without a partner agreement, no use to monitor brands you don't own without consent.
5. Intellectual property
We retain rights to the platform, methodology and aggregated benchmarks. You retain rights to your brand data.
6. Warranties & liability
Service provided "as is" with commercial best-effort SLAs. Aggregate liability limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. Data export available for 30 days post-termination.
8. Governing law
Laws of France. Disputes resolved in Paris courts unless otherwise required.
