2. Data we collect
Account data (email, name, company), usage telemetry, prompt/response data from monitored LLMs, and analytics cookies (with consent).
3. How we use data
To deliver the service, improve measurement accuracy, communicate product updates, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
Performance of contract, legitimate interest in product improvement, consent for marketing cookies, and legal obligation.
5. Subprocessors
Cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing. Full list available on request.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection. Contact privacy@salesmarketing.ai. EU users may complain to their supervisory authority.
7. Retention
Account data while active + 12 months. Measurement data 24 months default; configurable on Enterprise.
8. Transfers
EU data stays in EU unless you opt into US region. Cross-border transfers governed by SCCs.
